RiverStone International has completed a reinsurance-to-close (RITC) deal with Hamilton Managing Agency for the legacy liabilities of the 2019 and prior years of account (YoA) of Acappella Syndicate 2014.

The transaction, which involves net technical provisions of more than £200mn ($268mn), received Lloyd’s approval in early February and is effective as of 1 January.
