The UK government has introduced more sanctions severely limiting Russian access to the global and London insurance and reinsurance markets.

This morning the government introduced new sanctions prohibiting Russian companies in the aviation and space sectors from accessing the UK insurance sector, both directly and indirectly, in response to the invasion of Ukraine.
