Generali’s board of directors has announced the co-optation of Andrea Sironi, Alessia Falsarone and Luisa Torchia as members of the board, following four recent resignations.

The three new members will be on the board at least until Generali’s annual general meeting (AGM) on 29 April, when a new board must be voted on.
