Howden has continued its European expansion, signing an agreement to acquire a total holding of 87% of the outstanding share capital of Italian broker Assiteca.

Assiteca is 100% controlled by its founder Luciano Lucca and Chaise, a company owned by Tikehau Growth Equity II.
