Marsh has appointed Aviva’s Kasia Lipinska and Rory Cobb from Jones Lang LaSalle to the leadership team of its UK and Ireland (UK&I) industry practices unit.

Lipinska becomes manufacturing and automotive industry leader, reporting to UK&I head of industries Charles Beresford-Davies, while Cobb becomes professional and business services leader, reporting to Beresford-Davies and Tim Payne, UK chairman of the financial and professional practice.
