Nexus Underwriting Management (NUML) is to rebrand as Kentro Capital, retaining current CEO Colin Thompson as CEO.

Subsidiaries Nexus Underwriting and Xenia Broking will retain their current branding and operate as distinct entities under the Kentro holding company.
