Gard announces another record tonnage at P&I renewal

Gard has announced another record P&I renewal for 2022, with the Norwegian marine insurer adding 14 million gross tonnes to its total tonnage over the past 12 months.

Almost 80% of the new business came through at the 20 February renewal date, while 99.6% of existing tonnage stayed with Gard, bringing the mutual tonnage to a total of 260 million gross tonnes.
