Reduced volatility in the Allianz Global Corporate & Specialty (AGCS) book will help the business maintain levels of growth and profitability in a transitioning market, according to Allianz CEO Oliver Bäte.

The executive said AGCS had “massively reduced” potential volatility thanks to containing risk, reducing line size per exposure and introducing “much more stringent” reinsurance regimes.
