Climate activists have criticised Lloyd’s CEO John Neal for “prioritising profits” over the planet’s future, despite the CEO overseeing an ESG policy implementation that sets the Lloyd’s market on course to achieving net zero.

Activists from pressure groups Insure Our Future and Market Forces met Neal at the Corporation’s Lime Street headquarters yesterday, an encounter the groups described as “very disappointing”.
