Mosaic has announced a partnership as part of its syndicated capital programme that will see the carrier increase its US M&A capacity from $25mn to $41mn.

The carrier will underwrite transactional risks on behalf of several new trade capital partners, including HDI Global Specialty, Verto Syndicate 2689 and IQUW Syndicate 1856.
