Underwriters in the political violence (PV), aviation and marine war markets in London are monitoring the evolving situation in Ukraine closely as they assess their exposures to the region.

There are reports that Russia has started pulling troops back from the Ukrainian border, however Nato has said it has not seen any de-escalation on the ground, and Russia continues the military build-up.
