UK High Court rules against Marshmallow in Mulsanne IP case

The UK High Court has ruled that auto-InsurTech Marshmallow has breached its duties under a terms of business agreement (TOBA) with insurer Mulsanne.

Marshmallow was formed as an intermediary in 2017 and engaged with Mulsanne in a capacity agreement to write motor policies using a tech-enabled ratings engine.
