Beazley CEO Adrian Cox referred to 2021 as being an “extraordinary” year for cyber, as company disclosures revealed the firm’s cyber gross written premium was nearing the $900mn mark for 2021.

During a press briefing this morning following publication of the company’s 2021 full-year results, the executive said: “It was extraordinary for a couple of reasons.
