Insurance job vacancies up by 74% year on year

Insurers in the UK published a record number of vacancies in 2021, with more than 23,000 new jobs advertised, representing a year-on-year increase of 74%, according to a labour market report by data analytics firm Vacancysoft.

Hiring levels at The Ardonagh Group saw the fastest growth out of the Top 20 insurance companies, with an increase of 482% in relation to the year previous, while BGL Group experienced the smallest increase in vacancies at 26.2%.
