Aon expects to continue driving margin expansion during 2022 as it shifts its business towards higher growth and higher margin areas.

CFO Christa Davies said the broker had delivered above-average margin expansion of 160 basis points in 2021 and that ongoing favorable trading conditions would support the trend through 2022.
