Liberty Specialty Markets (LSM) has made senior appointments across its financial risk solutions (FRS) division, including the promotion of Huw Owens to a new role of FRS CUO.

While Owen has been promoted from his existing position as FRS head of underwriting and London markets, underwriting manager Sam Wilde has also stepped up to take his place.
