CFC has named former Lloyd’s CEO Dr Richard Ward as non-executive chairman, hailing the appointment as a “milestone” following a transformational year for the business.

Ward served as CEO of Lloyd’s between 2006 and 2013, and during his tenure he helped to introduce digitisation to the market across many of its processes.
