S&P revises Scor ratings outlook to negative

S&P Global Ratings has revised the outlook on Scor and its core subsidiaries to negative from stable, after accounting for the reinsurer’s earnings performance, which it said has been “below the agency's expectations” for the past five years.

However, the agency also affirmed the reinsurer’s AA- long-term financial strength and issuer credit ratings, along with the AA- long-term financial strength ratings of its core subsidiaries.
