Legacy acquirer Marco Capital has been granted permission to underwrite by Lloyd’s for its new reinsurance-to-close (RITC) syndicate, marking completion of its formal approval process and allowing Marco to deliver legacy portfolio transactions of other Lloyd’s syndicates.

Syndicate 1254 is managed by Capita Managing Agency and supported by Capita Commercial Insurance Services, both businesses Marco is in the process of acquiring.
