Third director resigns from Generali board for ‘personal reasons’

Generali independent director Sabrina Pucci has announced her resignation from the board due to “personal reasons”, the company has said.

Her resignation is the third departure from the Generali board this month, following that of directors Francesco Gaetano Caltagirone and Romolo Bardin.
