Gallagher Re executive director Mike Denman has resigned for a role at Ardonagh’s new reinsurance unit Inver Re, this publication can reveal.

Denman had worked for Willis Re, which Gallagher bought for $3.25bn in December, for 16 years, according to his LinkedIn profile.
