Investment firm BP Marsh & Partners has disposed of its entire 77.25% shareholding in Madrid-based Summa Insurance Brokerage to Acrisure España SL, part of Acrisure LLC.

BP Marsh will receive a cash consideration of EUR9.7mn ($11mn) after all associated costs, for its 77.25% shareholding in Summa.
