Canopius confirms Robertson as group CEO

Canopius has appointed deputy chief executive Neil Robertson as group CEO, confirming a long-term plan to succeed incumbent Michael Watson who will stay on as chairman.

The carrier hired former senior Axa XL executive Robertson in May 2021 with a view to him transitioning into the CEO role.
