Nearly two-thirds of accepted UK Covid-19 BI claims now settled: FCA

A total of 65% of accepted UK Covid-19 BI claims have now been settled in full by insurers, according to the latest monthly data from the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).

About 1,780 claims were settled during the month to 5 December, with their value totalling £45mn ($59.5mn) – a significant decrease on last month’s £105mn figure.
