Axis Insurance has hired Kenneth Hosp as a vice president in its US excess casualty team, effective immediately.

Based in Alpharetta, Georgia, he will report to Britt Smith, senior vice president for US excess casualty.

Hosp will be responsible for cultivating relationships with wholesalers and will focus on transportation business, as well as underwriting strategy.
