Norgrove named RSA UK & International CEO as Egan departs

Intact Financial Corporation has named Ken Norgrove as CEO of RSA UK & International, replacing Scott Egan, who will leave the business at the end of the year.

Norgrove was CEO of RSA Scandinavia between 2019 and June 2021, when Intact and Tryg’s £7.2bn ($9.5bn) acquisition of RSA completed.
