Willis Tower Watson (WTW) has acquired specialist aviation broker Aerosure to increase its aviation insurance and risk offering for the aviation industry in Australia and New Zealand, as well as the broader Asia Pacific region.

The acquisition is effective immediately.

Greg Rector, current managing director of Aerosure, will move into Willis as managing director, Australasia aviation division, and be joined by his colleagues from Aerosure.
