Aspen has appointed Rob Houghton as group COO, succeeding Mike Cain, who will leave the business in early 2022.

Houghton will oversee Aspen’s group operations and IT strategy, working closely with the chief people and transformation officer and business line leaders to deliver a group-wide transformation programme.
