Marsh has appointed Ryan Bond as head of climate and sustainability insurance innovation, leading the development of solutions to support Marsh clients through the climate transition.

Bond will report to head of climate and sustainability strategy Amy Barnes.

He will move to the role at the beginning of 2022 from his current position as CEO of UK and Ireland for Bowring Marsh, Marsh’s international placement business.
