A trio of well-known names in the latent defect insurance and property finance markets have launched a broker that will intermediate cover for property developers, but also offer debt advisory services.

J3 Advisory, founded by Jack Bristow, Johnny Leadsom and James Mole, will operate in lines of business including new build warranty and commercial latent defects, while advising on finance initiatives including bridging loans, development finance and buy-to-let portfolio lending.
