Insurance headhunting firm Damhurst has appointed Simon Beale as director with immediate effect.

The former MS Amlin CEO is to lead the London-based firm’s non-executive search practice.

Beale joins the Damhurst board after the appointment of Andrew Darfoor as non-executive chairman in September.
