Acrisure has entered the Brazilian market with a deal to acquire It’sSeg, marking the insurance broker’s entry into the Brazilian market and expanding its Latin American operations.

Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Founded in 2014, It’sSeg is Brazil’s largest independent benefit management broker with over 1,000 corporate clients and around R$2.5bn
