Canopius Group has appointed Kate Roy, COO for Great Britain and Willis Ltd at Willis Towers Watson as well as a PPL board member, as COO.

She will start in early 2022, reporting to deputy CEO Neil Robertson.

During her 33-year career, Roy has held senior positions at AIG and Capita Insurance Services.
