Willis Tower Watson’s head of corporate risk and broking (CRB) for GB Alastair Swift has said the broker is now “a far more confident business” than it was before its failed merger with rival broker Aon.

In a wide-ranging interview with Insurance Insider at this year’s Airmic conference, the executive said: “We've spent the past 16 months benchmarking ourselves against one of our competitors.
