Trade body secures deal to help UK InsurTechs gain Gibraltan authorisation

Trade association InsurTech UK has signed a statement of intent with the Gibraltan government to bolster support for British InsurTechs looking to become authorised carriers in the territory.

It commits both parties to drive up support for new entrants interested in becoming authorised in Gibraltar, as the trade body sees the territory become an increasingly popular destination for British InsurTech start-ups seeking a licence.
