Marsh has promoted David Bruce to chief executive of Marsh Commercial, succeeding Anthony Gruppo, who is retiring from the industry early next year.

Bruce steps up from the COO role for which he joined Marsh in 2018 from Towergate, where he was CEO of commercial underwriting.
