The European Insurance and Occupational Pensions Authority (Eiopa) has made ESG a strategic priority in its 2022-24 plan, with an aim of promoting sustainability disclosures.

In its Single Programming Document 2022-24, the regulator announced the six strategic areas that it will pursue, with the first being an aim to integrate sustainable finance considerations across all areas of work.
