Tokio Marine has appointed Shilpa Strong as CEO of Tokio Marine Management Australasia (TMMA), bringing her over from Houston, Texas, to run the business that was central to the insurer’s relationship with collapsed supply chain finance firm Greensill Capital.

Strong, who was previously chief innovation officer at Tokio Marine HCC, having joined from AIG in 2019, will succeed Toby Guy.
