Lloyd’s fines former Hampden director £96k for unauthorised loans

Lloyd’s has fined a former Hampden Agencies client director more than £96,000 ($131,000) for “discreditable conduct” relating to unauthorised loans he set up for the Society of Lloyd’s members and a Hampden client.

Gregory White received commission totalling £221,268 for facilitating 16 loans over a two-year period.
