Howden has appointed Swiss Re’s Stanley Cochrane as head of energy transformation, as the broker looks to help carriers cut carbon emissions amid the wider industry’s transition to net zero.

Cochrane joins from Swiss Re, where he spent 30 years as a property underwriter, specialising in energy, natural resources and complex risks.
