Burns & Wilcox owner HW Kaufman Group has acquired Chile-based Prospect Brokers as part of its strategy for a major expansion into the South American market.

The Chilean specialty insurance distribution firm, based in Santiago, brokers coverage including complex commercial, marine and mining, energy, aviation, construction, professional liability, professional indemnity and financial services.
