Convex has announced the launch of a European insurance entity headquartered in Luxembourg, providing the carrier with a fully regulated subsidiary to serve clients in the European Economic Area (EEA).

Convex Europe SA (CES) has been authorised by the Luxembourg regulator, the Commissariat aux Assurances, and following regulatory approval on 15 September given an A- rating by S&P.
