Women at board and director level increase at Lloyd’s

Female representation at both board and executive level within Lloyd’s companies increased between 2020 and 2021, according to the Corporation’s latest culture dashboard.

The annual report, launched last year, showed that the female proportion at board level increased by 7 percentage points to 19% in 2021, while at executive level, the proportion of women increased by 6 points to 24%.
