Customers show willingness to buy insurance from big tech: Capgemini

Covid-19 exposed widespread customer dissatisfaction with the convenience, advice and reach of their insurance coverage, and clients have demonstrated an increasing willingness to buy insurance from big tech companies, according to a report from Capgemini.

Capgemini said 50% of customers were willing to seek coverage from different sources.
