Amwins Global Risks (AGR) has confirmed the appointment of Colm Hensman as COO and announced the hire of Lindsey Davies as director of operations.

Hensman joins the broker from Beazley, where he was most recently head of business management, having worked in a variety of actuarial and business development roles at the company over the past 16 years.
