Willis Towers Watson has appointed Monique Mathys-Graaff as a senior director and senior sustainable investment strategist, a newly created role.

Mathys-Graaff joins Willis from the Impact Management Project.

She has worked in investment strategy and sustainability roles for 20 years at organisations including Merrill Lynch, Deutsche Bank, Rand Merchant Bank and Standard Bank Group.
