QBE European Operations hires Collinson’s Besant for CCO role

QBE European Operations has appointed Andy Besant as chief customer officer, in a newly created role that the carrier said will help ensure long-term, sustainable relationships with customers.

He will join from the insurer and financial services provider Collinson Group, where he is currently managing director for travel experiences.
