French (re)insurer Scor has named group COO Romain Launay deputy CEO for Scor global P&C and CEO of specialty insurance, as part of wider shuffling of responsibilities within its executive ranks.

Francois de Varenne, who currently serves as CEO of Scor global investments, has expanded responsibilities, including overseeing investments, technology, budget, and group corporate finance.
