Specialist tax MGA Certa has appointed senior tax accountant Angus Pinner to its underwriting team, as it aims bolster its tax insurance offering.

Pinner joins Certa from Deloitte, a company he began working at in 2013.

During his time at Deloitte, he worked with the UK tax compliance, UK M&A tax advisory and FS tax teams.
