Willis Towers Watson managing director for direct and facultative (D&F) for Europe Luigi Boglione is set to leave the business, this publication can reveal.

The exit follows an exodus of talent from Willis’ fac division. In the past few months, London fac chief Laurence Upton, US fac head Antonio Tosti and global head of fac Toby Wemyss have all resigned.
